Send off your story and party!

Keep procrastinating about the story or the application you’ve been meaning to submit? Come to our writers’ party to finally get it done, and then enjoy a night of readings and feast (potluck) with your fellow writers. Stay for the afterparty and have desserts around the outdoor fire table.

In theme with the Halloween month, this afterparty will feature an outdoor screening of Beetlejuice (1988).

    Get your ass in the chair and do it already.

    Friends and family arrive

    Invite those who suffered alongside you as you wrote and re-wrote that story to come celebrate with you.
  • 5:30 P.M. - 6:30 P.M.

    Potluck

    "Manger, mes pauvres artistes!"
  • 6:30 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.

    Readings

    This party will feature readings by our October residents as well as students at our workshop Stories in a Flash, taught by Colette Sartor.
  • 7:30 P.M. - Beyond

    Dessert by the fire + special outdoor movie screening

    Have dessert under the stars while watching an outdoor screening of Beetlejuice (1988), in theme with the Halloween month.
